Integrated Controller Series Collaborative Robots
ROKAE’s new generation of flexible collaborative robots offers an integrated controller design option within the robot body. This design is more convenient for installation and deployment compared to traditional robots that require separate control cabinets. Additionally, this series retains the core features of ROKAE’s new generation of flexible collaborative robots, the xMate:
▪ Each joint is equipped with high-precision torque sensors: Ensuring accurate force feedback and control.
▪ A new direct force control framework: Combined with advanced force control algorithms, it enables functions such as zero-force drag teaching and sensitive collision protection, which were difficult or impossible to achieve with first-generation collaborative robots.
▪ Compliant force control functions: Suitable for high-precision applications such as industrial assembly and medical surgery.
Through these innovative technologies, ROKAE’s new generation of flexible collaborative robots provides users with more efficient, safer, and more flexible automation solutions.
