ROKAE Robotics Large Payload Robot Series Launched with Fully Upgraded Performance

New Product Highlights


Large Payload and Long Reach

ROKAE's newly released NB80 and NB220 series have five models in total, which can meet the production demand of all kinds of payloads from 50 kg to 300 kg in an automobile production line. The NB220 series is the product with longer reach and larger payload in the same class in China.


Wrist Payload Capacity Upgrade

ROKAE Robotics has enhanced the wrist capacity of axis 4, 5 and 6 through the joint payload calibration technology and component structure design technology, which makes NB series products able to perform more stable and higher precision movements for large-size, large-inertia and far-off-center workpieces, which reduces the downtime of the production line and realizes better maintainability. This makes the NB series large payload robots ideal for automotive, photovoltaic, and other industries where large workpieces are handled.


High Speed and High Performance

In terms of overall performance, thanks to ROKAE Robotics' self-developed xCore control system, as well as the continuous improvement of servo and motion control system, ROKAE NB series of large payload robots have typical high beat characteristics, and the high speed performance of all axes is excellent, so that the robots can move the workpieces and place them in the acceleration and deceleration motion in a fast and stable way, which is far better than the performance of the majority of the large payload robots in the high speed section in China. Performance of the robot in the high-speed section is much better than that of most domestic robots with large loads.


High Protection Level

It is also worth noting that the NB80&NB220 series robots have higher protection level, IP65 for the whole machine and IP67 for the wrist, which can help enterprises to maintain high-efficiency production capacity under many kinds of harsh working conditions.

ROKAE NB80 and NB220 series robots are now entering the upstream and downstream of the automobile industry chain with the features of long reach, large payload, strong wrist capacity and high protection level. Large Payload Cobots

The xMate CR20 is ROKAE's latest large payload cobot, with a payload of up to 20 kg and a reach of up to 1,798 mm. xMate CR20 is also able to increase its payload capacity while maintaining high speed and high precision thanks to OptiMotion and TrueMotion, the leading motion control technologies in the industrial field.


Meanwhile, as a large payload cobot, CR20 continues the integrated design of ROKAE xMate series without a controller cabinet and the new generation of joint force control technology system, which is equipped with high-precision torque sensors in each joint, and has the features of 1N ultra-light dragging teaching, sensitive collision detection, graphical programming, etc. It can be widely applied in flexible operation scenarios, such as palletizing, handling, loading and unloading, welding, grinding, assembling, and screw locking.
