By adopting the new xCore control system developed by ROKAE, the speed of ROKAE's solar panel lay-up robots is easily reduced to less than 5 seconds/cycle, and the motion trajectory is even smoother, fully satisfying high-precision applications and guaranteeing the overall accuracy of lay-up.




02 Large reach + high payload, compatible with the full range of lay-up needs

"The existing robot has a reach of only 2 meters, which is often overstretched when facing the oversized lay-up needs of end customers. As a result, we had to adjust the machine's mechanical mechanism to meet the new demand. This not only increased the workload but also the design and manufacturing costs and the corresponding riskiness." So said the head of the customer's delivery chain in an interview.

Large Reach

The reach of ROKAE's solar panel lay-up robot was extended from 2013 mm to 2110 mm, and the advantages of the large reach were maximized by optimizing the mechanical structure.

 

High Payload

The load capacity of the robot is increased from 10 kg to 12 kg, which is able to cope with the load demand during the upgrade of the lay-up machine.
