The customer is a global Tier-1 automotive supplier, serving Daimler AG, one of the top 10 automotive manufacturers. ROKAE successfully helped them upgrade its automation solutions in the production line of bumpers, relevant brackets, and accessories.

For the inspection process, ROKAE robotic inspection and testing system along with AGV automates the inspection and meets the needs of more than 40 products while realizing flexible assembly to the maximum extent.

Two ROKAE XB7XL industrial robots can complete the detection of all points within 30 seconds. The whole production line has been running stably for 2 years and has increased the efficiency by 3 times.
